Artists & vendors: sourcing, onboarding, and day-of coordination for artists and vendors.

Site operations: load-in/out logistics, layout, and on-site management across the full weekend.

Compliance & safety: permitting and security planning.

Stakeholder alignment: regular meetings with venue & community partners, city contacts, and sponsors to keep every moving piece on track.
