Nvidia GTC: Auxiliary Events
For NVIDIA GTC, I led a week-long program of private executive factory tours for a global data infrastructure company. I oversaw a team of 12+ contractors and managed every touchpoint: private shuttle logistics between the conference and the factory, executive food and beverage, space design and guest flow, and a streamlined NDA signing and check-in process that replaced a previous pain point. Guests moved smoothly through bag and device check, anti-static smock fitting, and the tour itself without a hitch.
In addition, I produced an off-site networking event at a nearby restaurant, handling F&B, rentals, design, and check-in, and coordinated photo and video coverage of the booth build and the new factory showroom.
